With this app, you can automatically generate a monthly plan based on your income and expenses. GoodBudget is a free mobile app that can be used to help you create a budget based on an “envelope system.” It is a pretty basic setup, but it gets the job done. You should understand that if Quicken's "Quick Pay" and/or "Check Pay" processes don't work for you, or if you simply decide that you want to use an other option - your current bank (or perhaps another bank that you don't currently have an account with) may be able to serve your needs regarding bill payment.
