This is pretty good, but keep in mind that impale needs a little time to build up impale stacks, which does result in slightly lower clear speed than straight melee physical damage support. If thats true, i can add as much dmg as minions i can summon x5 ussing dread banner (allowing my minions to impale too) right? Did you find it helpful?
The dread banner aura also causes a reduction in enemy accuracy, which is pretty good if combined with enfeeble. I did run the idea of a full phys dervish build with impale but tbh you can get way way higher dmg with ele dervish either just adding flat dmg or conversion.

I would honestly run dread banner for its reduced accuracy first, impale effect second. It requires Level 31, 23 Str, 33 Dex. Is the Ancient Traxxyr a landmark minion? It does not grant a bonus to your character, but to skills in sockets connected to it. doesn't seem like you get much from Necromancer.
