eufy unable to connect to video doorbell

-Moving my router right next to the damn doorbell for the best signal possible. I get motion/chime alerts on mobile app, but unable to live stream or access recorded videos.

At this point I firmly believe the issue lies with the Router & Eufy handshaking. V1.0.1.50_1.0.35 and doorbell is updated to most recent firmware as well. Even Eufy suggested that may be the case.

We are able to get the doorbell to connect to the router no problem, but we are unable to connect a mobile device to the doorbell via the router to change doorbell settings, view video, etc. Mine came with a broken mounting plate, tabs on bottom are broken.

Things I've tried on my Netgear R6400 that haven't changed a thing: -Opening my network, removing all security WPA protocols, -Ensuring 2.4Ghz & 5Ghz are on separate SSIDS, -Ensuring there are no basic restrictions in any setting, -Rebooting the router many times throughout this, -Specifying specific radio channel as well as using Auto, -Changing router modes from 450Mbps and down, -Shutting my router off and moving it right next to the damn doorbell.

It’s a big building. Really what gives, and when both companies are pointing at each other the consumer loses.

I had a 16V 10VAC transformer at the time and upgraded that to the referenced 16V 30VAC above. When I did, I put the screw back in the same hole that I had used when it was flat which caused the screw head to be at an angle to the bed of the mount. But I will try that if all ellse fails. Have same issues.

Thanks! Removing the screws and replacing them so that they went straight in (perpendicular to the back of the mount which is now 15-degrees turned from the wall) allowed the screw head to seat and the doorbell to snap in. We are continuing to monitor the situation to ensure that the best possible service is provided to our customers. What's got me somewhat convinced this is a Netgear issue is there is an unsecured Linksys in the neighborhood that through all my troubleshooting has been able to accept the wifi-connection step without issue.
