All existing nations at the beginning of the grand-campaign (1444-11-11). I've alread yanswered this question before but no I wont accept Moldova as Moldavia since it's two different countries and I see it as like accepting United Kingdom for England, Moldavia is the English name for the historical principality of Moldova (which is the Romanian name).
